Gan Wang received a master’s degree from the school of computer science and technology, China University of Petroleum (East China) and is currently a PhD student at the university of glasgow starting in October 2023. My research focus mainly lies in machine/deep learning, NLP and their applications in both biomedical and bioinformatics fields. More specifically, I am working on biomedical document-level entity linking based on NLP and deep learning approaches.
